Lou Gehrig Day, held annually by MLB on June 2^nd, marks the day Gehrig became the starting first baseman for the New York Yankees, the beginning of his incredible streak of consecutive games played.

With two MLB teams in Chicagoland, we celebrate Lou twice a year.  2024 dates have passed but we'll update this page as soon as 2025 dates are announced!
