10th Anniversary of the Ice Bucket Challenge

It’s hard to believe that a decade has flown by since millions of people poured buckets of ice over their heads to raise awareness and funds for ALS. Successes of the 2014 campaign led to two new treatments being approved by the FDA (Radicava in 2017 and Qalsody in 2023), twelve new ALS genes being identified, and doubling the number of ALS clinics in the United States.
