For her 40th birthday, Kristin McCoskey didn’t ask for gifts—she set out to run 40 miles to raise funds and awareness for ALS. Inspired by her mentor, coworker, and friend Frank, Kristin has dedicated herself to supporting the ALS community through fundraising efforts like Tee Up Fore ALS and endurance challenges.
In this episode of Season’s Sunflower Hour, Kristin shares what motivated her to take on this challenge, the impact of Frank’s journey, and how she’s continuing the fight by training for the 2025 Bank of America Chicago Marathon in support of ALS United Greater Chicago.
